Seeing the progress in my clients and watching them reach their fitness goals is what motivates me the most. As a personal trainer my philosophy is just that, “personal”. It’s not all about 1 on 1 sessions in the gym but your general health and wellbeing. As a client you receive ongoing advice with all aspects of fitness including nutrition. Together we agree on goals/targets for you to achieve and when those are reached, we set new ones. This keeps you focused and as a result of hitting set goals the results will come.
I was not always into fitness and my own transformation has taken me from an underweight smoker with no muscle tone to a very healthy 78kg non-smoker, so I have been through a major transformation myself.
